Batch High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is specially designed for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch production in factories, with a maximum processing capacity of 50L. The standard working head adopts a claw-type structure, and suitable stator and rotor can be freely replaced according to different materials and process requirements.

Product Advantages:
1. Designed specifically for pilot tests, with a processing capacity of 1L-50L (H₂O)
2. Only by replacing the working head, the equipment can realize the functions of Eumix (stirring), Hishear (dispersion, homogenization, emulsification), Jetmixers (jet mixing) and PLM (solid-liquid dispersion mixing).
3. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed frequency conversion motor, which starts with frequency conversion when turned on to protect the equipment, and the speed is adjustable and displayable.

Application Cases:
1. Complete O/W emulsification with Hishear working head
Put the aqueous phase into the container, adjust the speed to 6000rpm, then slowly add the oil phase, and run for 10 minutes to complete the emulsification.
2. Complete xanthan gum dissolution with Jetmixers working head
Add xanthan gum to water, adjust the speed to 4500rpm, and run for 15 minutes to complete the dissolution.
3. Complete pigment dispersion with Eumix toothed disc working head
Add the pigment to the resin, adjust the speed to 3000rpm, and run for 15 minutes to complete the dispersion.
